Dr. Ann-Marie Reddy, President & CEO

Dr. Ann-Marie Reddy is a life-long learner with a passion for education. Graduating from the University of Winnipeg in 2001 with a BA, she went on to complete her MBA in 2009 and defended by dissertation in 2014, and graduated with distinction with a Doctorate of Business, specializing in Strategy and Innovation. With over 25 years experience working in multiple roles in the financial industry across Canada with Lloyds Bank, HSBC, CIBC, First Canadian Title, and Genworth Canada, she transitioned into the entertainment and conference industry as Vice President of Business Development for Northlands. From there she moved to Lions Gate Marketing as Vice President Western Canada and is now proud to be part of the Habitat for Humanity Edmonton family as their President and CEO.

Larissa Fadish, VP, People & Culture

As Habitat Edmonton’s VP of People & Culture, Larissa leverages over 25 years of healthcare expertise, with a decade devoted to driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices that shape HR strategies, policies, and procedures. A proactive problem solver, she champions policy standardization and equity for both employees and volunteers. Larissa’s resilience shines as she guides projects from conception through to ongoing enhancement. Designated as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (Alberta) and holding a Certificate in Tribunal Administrative Justice, Larissa demonstrates her unwavering commitment to strategic excellence in HR and administrative practices. Her dynamic leadership plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, significantly contributing to Habitat’s success and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Daryl Hahn, VP, Finance & Mission Delivery

Daryl is a CPA, CMA who holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta. Designated in 1996, his career has progressed from being a controller of a mid-sized Edmonton based public company to being the Director of Planning and Analysis for the Canadian division of a large multi-national company. Daryl has a proven track record in partnering with key stakeholders with a view to using strong financial acumen to drive business results. Prior to officially joining Habitat Edmonton in an official capacity in April 2013, Daryl held the position of Director of Financial Services in a volunteer capacity in the fall of 2011, leading to his being awarded the 2012 Business Leadership & Strategic Achievement in Not-for-Profit award from CMA Alberta.

Amber Lachambre, VP, Sustainability & Impact

Amber joined Habitat for Humanity Edmonton in May of 2020, and is responsible for leading the organization’s revenue and outreach related activities: Fund Development, Marketing and Communications, and Habitat’s core Social Enterprise, ReStore. She brings to the organization over 20 years of retail and brand leadership experience and a passion for sustainable business models that have a positive impact on both people and the planet.  Amber spent over 15 years at FGL Sports where she held roles in purchasing, marketing, and store operations for Sport Chek and Atmosphere. She also spent time as the director of purchasing at a regional streetwear chain, the director of sales and marketing for a media and events company, and as an independent consultant for ethical lifestyle brands such as Poppy Barley and Rocky Mountain Soap Company. Amber is a marketing graduate from NAIT’s school of business administration

Jim Kjorlien, Director of Construction, Facilities, and Land Acquisition

Jim has been in the construction industry for the past 41 years. He began as a carpenter and led framing crews for the first 10 years, framing homes throughout Alberta and as far as Vancouver. In 1990 he started Ascot Homes, serving the areas of Fort Saskatchewan and Sherwood Park until 2006. Throughout his career he has worked on many unique projects including large executive homes, log homes and community halls. He has consulted to two major home builders’ building programs, helping them troubleshoot several areas. He has always enjoyed teaching and helping others and is proud to have joined the Habitat Edmonton team in the spring of 2012.

Curtis Kinal, Director, Retail Operations

Curtis has over two decades of retail and service experience, 17 years in the home improvement and building materials industry. Curtis enjoys building effective teams and ensuring that customers, donors, and volunteers know that they are appreciated. He has served at Habitat Edmonton since 2013.

Erin McNeill, Director, Fund Development

Erin has over 20 years of successful and strategic fundraising and non profit management experience. Erin joined Habitat Edmonton in November of 2022.
