SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The AGM is an opportunity for all members of our Society to hear from the CEO\, Board Chair\, and Board Directors on the events of 2024\, as well as a glimpse into 2025 activities. The Society’s 2024 audited financial statements will be shared\, and members will have an opportunity to ask questions. Our Society bylaws require that you purchase your $5.00 membership 30 days prior to the meeting (April 1 by 11:59 pm) in order to take part and vote at the meeting. You can obtain your annual membership online using this link: www.hfh.org/agm. Instructions for payment are provided online. \n\n\n\nPlease note the AGM will be held at Abbottsfield Library – Penny McKee (Riverview Crossing – 3210 118 Ave NW).
