Vision: To see a world where everyone has a safe and decent place to live.

Mission: To mobilize volunteers and community partners in building affordable housing and promoting home ownership as a means to breaking the cycle of poverty.

Habitat for Humanity Edmonton is a faith-based organization whose primary goal is to build homes for families in need of a "hand up."

Although Alberta is often called the “land of opportunity,” we cannot ignore the growing need for affordable housing. This problem demands everyone’s attention.

Habitat homes are built by volunteers under the supervision of a few paid staff. We rely solely on the generosity and goodwill of our donors and volunteers to build homes. Partnering with Habitat helps to make housing affordable in the capital region.

The need has never been greater, and the opportunity to make a difference has never been more accessible. Help us to find a solution to the affordable housing crisis by donating, volunteering or sponsoring a build today!
