Annual General Meeting

The 2025 AGM is an opportunity for all members of our Society to hear from the CEO, Board Chair, and Board Directors on the events of 2024, as well as a glimpse into 2025 activities. The Society’s 2024 audited financial statements will be shared, and members will have an opportunity to ask questions. 

You can purchase your annual membership below (please note that your purchase is not eligible for a charitable tax receipt). 

Please note that memberships to vote at the Annual General Meeting held on April 30 at Abbottsfield Library – Penny McKee (Riverview Crossing – 3210 118 Ave NW) must be purchased a minimum of 30 days prior (April 1/25 by 11:59 pm).
